Base Super Saiyan Rage drops directly from Goku Black on City Island, which sits directly beside the Great Plains. Goku Black spawns along the street between city buildings and has 100,000 health across two phases. Defeating Goku Black gives an 8% drop rate for the Super Saiyan Rage skill scroll.

Players can also find the transformation inside corrupted time rifts where Zamasu appears, offering an estimated 2% to 3% drop chance upon defeat. Once acquired, open the menu, select Skills, and open the Forms tab to equip the form. The transformation features a distinct blue-and-yellow aura paired with specialized combat animations.

Super Saiyan Rage Mastery Tiers

Equipping Super Saiyan Rage provides immediate stat enhancements, but the form begins with ki maintenance penalties that require leveling up mastery through combat. Using the form in battles against NPCs and training targets progressively advances its mastery rating through four distinct stages:

• Sorrow: The initial tier when unlocking the form, carrying a 12% ki drain penalty during active use.
