When activated, Golden Super Saiyan 4 copies the baseline numbers of your highest unlocked form. It provides three specific properties:

2. Ape Ability: A secondary perk functions exclusively while transformed in the Great Ape state.
3. Primal Power: This passive increases the damage of Beast Throw and Primal Beam by 20%.
